In the process of connecting with the customer, the cold-rolled high-strength steel research and development team of the company's technology center proposed a material upgrade plan for the actual situation that the performance of conventional thermoformed steel products could not meet the customer's needs, and jointly developed HF1500FG with the customer. In the process of product research and development, the technical staff studied and formulated the optimal process production plan, strictly controlled the narrow composition of steelmaking, optimized the hot rolling and cold rolling process and cold rolling annealing process, developed a special welding model, solved the problems such as the broken weld belt, and ensured that the performance indicators such as the strength of the offline product, welding performance and surface quality all met customer requirements. At present, the company has formulated the corresponding enterprise standards for this product.
